Fireside Learning Academy International K-5 was founded to meet the growing demand for a truly flexible, high-quality elementary education. We began as a passion project for a group of experienced educators who wanted to reimagine K-5 learning for families seeking more than standard options. Today, we serve families across the U.S. and internationally, delivering education that prioritizes both academic mastery and whole-child growth.

 An entrepreneur, life and leadership coach, teacher, and mother, Erin is an unshakable optimist dedicated to empowering and developing the next generation of beautiful souls.

With a passion for pioneering a new approach to education, she leads Fireside’s mission to cultivate the unique gifts, strengths, and inner brilliance that every child has to offer the world. Erin believes learning should be joyful, holistic, and deeply connected, nurturing not just academics but the mind, body, and spirit of each student.

In addition to her work at Fireside, Erin is the founder of Vision + Fire Coaching, where she supports leaders, founders, and aspiring entrepreneurs in stepping into their fullest potential. Through her coaching, she helps clients break free from limiting beliefs, build purpose-driven businesses, and create lives aligned with their deepest vision.
