I am LaRae Guerro. As an educator in the public school system for 24 years, I have witnessed many changes to education that are both positive and negative.
At Fireside, we view every child as an individual. Your student will work at their own pace until skills have been mastered in all academic subjects. This is done by creating obtainable personalized goals, goals that are celebrated.
My teaching philosophy incorporates making meaningful connections with each student. My students are more than a test score. Fireside believes in elevating children by nurturing their Mind, Body, Soul, and Leadership skills.
