Hi. I am Gretchen G. Greer, M. Ed., and I am a passionate and results-driven educational leader with extensive experience in instructional coaching, data analysis, and teacher development. Currently serving as a Demonstration Teacher with Fort Worth ISD, I specialize in empowering educators to deliver high-quality, data-driven instruction that leads to measurable student success.
Throughout my career, I have led professional development for large teams, coached teachers through targeted feedback and modeling, and collaborated with campus leadership to align instructional practices with district goals. I am deeply committed to building strong relationships, fostering a culture of trust, and supporting educators through both challenges and growth opportunities.
My work is grounded in data-informed decision-making. I regularly analyze student performance trends, guide teachers in using data to adjust instruction, and help develop strategic plans that improve outcomes for all learners. My experience also includes coordinating large-scale testing programs and building staff capacity in data literacy and accountability
In addition, I bring strong organizational and technical expertise, having led campus technology initiatives, managed device systems, and supported digital learning environments. I thrive in dynamic settings that require problem-solving, collaboration, and adaptability.
I am driven by a mission to support educators, strengthen instructional practices, and ultimately ensure student success. I am always looking for opportunities to collaborate, lead, and make a meaningful impact in education.
